Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. IP address, internet browser, operating system or time of page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

Lawfulness of the processing (Art 6 GDPR)

You have given your consent to the processing of personal data concerning you for one or more specific purposes

  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject

  • Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

  • The processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;

Passing on the data

We may share your information with our service providers to operate our services (e.g. storing data via third party hosting services, providing technical support, etc.).

Cookies and similar technologies

When you visit or access our Services, we authorise third parties to use web beacons, cookies, pixel tags, scripts and other technologies and analytics ("Tracking Technologies"). These Tracking Technologies may allow third parties to automatically collect your information to improve the navigation experience on our website, optimise its performance and provide a tailored user experience, as well as for security purposes. Cookies are small files that are stored on your terminal device. Your browser accesses these files.

If you do not want cookies to be stored on your end device for the purpose of measuring reach, you can object to the use of these files here:

Common browsers offer the setting option to not allow cookies. Note: It is not guaranteed that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if you make the corresponding settings.

Duration

Please note that we will retain the information we collect for as long as is necessary to provide our services, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations to you, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements.

Use

The hosting service for our homepage provides us with the online platform through which we can offer our services to you. Your data may be stored via our hosting provider's data storage, databases and general applications. It stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and it provides secure HTTPS access to most areas of its services.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy and only if we are confident that:

  • the use of your personal data is necessary to perform or enter into a contract (for example, to provide you with the services themselves or customer care or technical support);

  • the use of your personal data is necessary to comply with relevant legal or regulatory obligations; or

  • the use of your personal data is necessary to support our legitimate business interests (provided that at all times this is done in a way that is proportionate and respects your data protection rights).

As an EU resident, you can:

  • request confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to you is being processed and request access to your stored personal data and certain additional information;

  • request to receive personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;

  • request the correction of your personal data that is stored by us;

  • request the deletion of your personal data;

  • object to the processing of your personal data by us;

  • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, or

  • file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In the course of providing the Services, we may transfer data across borders to affiliates or other third parties and from your country/jurisdiction to other countries/jurisdictions worldwide. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your data outside the EEA.

If you are located in the EEA, your personal data will only be transferred to locations outside the EEA if we are satisfied that there is an adequate or comparable level of protection for personal data. We will take appropriate steps to ensure that we have adequate contractual arrangements in place with our third parties to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place so that the risk of unlawful use, alteration, deletion, loss or theft of your personal data is minimised and that these third parties act at all times in accordance with applicable laws.

We do not sell users' personal information for the purposes of the CCPA.

Transmission

In order to fulfil your order, it may be necessary to pass on your data to third parties (e.g. insurance companies, customs, service providers we use and to whom we make data available, etc.) or authorities. This is done exclusively on the basis of the GDPR, in particular for the fulfilment of your order or on the basis of your prior consent. Some of the above-mentioned recipients of your personal data are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that in Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection for which we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to information, correction, restriction, deletion as well as data portability, revocation, objection as well as a right of appeal to the data protection authority. You can find all information here on the homepage of the data protection authority: Rights of data subjects - Data protection authority (dsb.gv.at)
